The most precious thing on planet Earth is life. Lifetime is more important to people than anything else. Who brings his lifetime to contribute to the needs of man, animal and nature, has the entitlement to compensation.
Calculation scale

PAYMENT PROCESS
The (lifetime) time spent on these activities is transferred to people's accounts, where it is automatically converted into a credit balance with purchasing power. No one has to 'pay' anything for that, it's more akin to issuing 'promissory notes' that you pay for and then torn to pieces.
Percentage increases (incentive / recognition) are granted for 'special services' in the context of human, animal and / or nature activities. These surcharges are comparable to today's overtime, weekend, dangers or other additional payments for above-average benefits.
Those who only want to take responsible careers when they are paid higher than others are not suitable for these positions. There are enough other people who are interested in big challenges because they can and want to.
The reasoning that Academics also learn longer, is not necessary, because vocational training as well as study already paid in full. It also pays off what volunteers do 'on a volunteer basis' today and, above all, remunerate tasks as important as parenting.

All other costs are eliminated, they do not serve the needs of humans, animals and nature, but the system itself and the enrichment of a few.

Function of balancing
Payment process at the cash register: The total amount of a purchase will be deducted from the account of the buyer and eliminated. There is no money flowing.
Since there is no money to pay for wages or to determine the price of goods and therefore nobody has paid any money, it does not happen that nobody gets any money either.
This means that companies and dealers are no longer involved in trading. The motivation of enriching is eliminated. Businesses become what they really are: Places where people do something to manage the needs of humans, animals or nature. They can not gain or lose anything, but all people involved are rewarded for their lifetime.
This means that companies no longer compete with each other and can no longer go bankrupt. Any self-interest of companies falls away, if little is needed, is also produced little, without a company threatens a loss.
It can be set as many employees as needed to do the tasks stress-free (without time pressure). Since labor costs are no longer payable, people no longer have to be saved, labor costs are not incurred. All receive the same basic salary, for special services of any kind will be granted percentage additions.
This applies to higher responsibilities of corporate executives, pollution allowances for cleaners, dangerous goods, overtime, weekend services, above-average quality of work, higher workload in the event of bottlenecks, extra flexibility, and just about everything that involves or requires above-average performance in any way. If that is not enough, you can look for another job that involves less responsibility or lower requirements.
